Amanda Cholakis is the owner/operator of Coastal Wool Washing.  She offers raw wool scouring services for small flock farms and individual hand spinners lacking accessibility, time, or space to scour.

“My goal is to offer these services to those who may not be able to meet minimum order requirements for the available mills. I also offer consulting and teaching services. I love washing wool, and sharing the information and process of how to do so is a passion of mine. The overall mission of Coastal Wool Washing is to further the regrowth and sustainability of a US regionalized wool industry with a focus on environmental impact and local supply chains.”
