Ready to learn more than the knit stitch? Learn to purl and make these cute fingerless gloves!
You will learn how to: purl, work in stockinette, work in a rib, and seam. Please note: to learn how to seam you will need to come back into the shop sometime during our regular hours after you’ve finished your gloves. It will only take a few minutes for us to show you, and this help is free!
You should already know how to: cast on, knit, bind off, and weave in ends.
Required materials: 100 yards of worsted weight wool or alpaca yarn, US 8 (5 mm) straight needles, and a darning needle. We used 1 skein of Malabrigo in #220, “Pearl.”
